RENTAL POLICIES

• A non-refundable $40 application fee and a copy of a valid photo ID is required with all rental applications. You must be 18 or older.
• Rental properties are available on a first come, first served basis. 
• All homes are subject to the owner approval of pets.
• A $20 (cash) deposit is required in order to check out rental keys. The $20 deposit will be returned upon return of keys.
